From October 8th through December 31st, 2025, guests can enjoy a limited-time seasonal menu curated in collaboration with renowned Philadelphia-based chefs Omar Tate and Cybille St. Aude-Tate, the visionary duo behind Honeysuckle Provisions.

    This exclusive fall menu celebrates seasonal flavors, Philadelphia culinary heritage, and the deep cultural storytelling that Chefs Omar and Cybille have created.

    The chefs’ approach to food goes beyond ingredients — it’s about identity, community, and legacy. Chef Omar Tate, a Philadelphia native, and Cybille St. Aude-Tate, a Haitian-American culinary artist and educator, have collaborated with Spread to create a lineup that reflects seasonal flavors, cultural craft and artistry.

    “This menu represents the intersection of Black culture and Philadelphia tradition,” said Chef Omar Tate. “Sweet potatoes, black-eyed peas, scrapple, epis — all of it speaks to who we are, where we come from, and how food can bridge communities.”
    Spread Bagelry’s CEO, Tom Selementi, sees this partnership as part of a larger mission: “Working together on this menu not only brings new flavors to our guests, it also carries forward the idea that bagel shops can be places of culture, not just convenience.”

A flavorful twist on Spread Baglery's popular bacon, egg and cheese- Chef Omar's Sweet Heat Sandwich features a black-eyed pea scrapple patty, house-made hot honey, and cheddar cheese.

Epis Garlic Parsley Cream Cheese

Inspired by Haitian epis, a green seasoning blend, this herbaceous spread is garlicly and herby and the perfect addition to your favorite bagel.
