OFFICIAL RULES

1. Eligibility
The Spread Bagelry Father’s Day Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Spread Bagelry, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram during the Giveaway Period:

-Like the official giveaway post

-Tag at least one (1) unique friend in the comments

-Follow Spread Bagelry on Instagram

The Giveaway will take place exclusively on Instagram through Spread Bagelry’s official Instagram account.

Each additional comment tagging one (1) unique friend counts as an additional entry. Duplicate tags, spam entries, bot-generated entries, or entries using fake accounts may be disqualified at Spread Bagelry’s sole discretion.

Entrants’ Instagram accounts must be public at the time of winner selection in order for entries to be verified.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per comment.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 16th at 12:00 PM ET and ends on June 21st at 12:00 PM ET (“Giveaway Period”). All eligible entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to qualify.

One (1) winner will be randomly selected and announced on June 21st.

4. Prize and Odds

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:

-Everything Bagel Floatie (Up to $450 value)

-$100 Spread Bagelry gift card

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes combined: up to $713.

Prize is awarded as-is and may not be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of Spread Bagelry. Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

YETI and Stanley are not sponsors of, affiliated with, or associated with this Giveaway.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The selected winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from Spread Bagelry’s official Instagram account.

The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and may be required to provide proof of eligibility, identity, and compliance with these Official Rules.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to respond within the required timeframe, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Prize fulfillment will be coordinated directly with the confirmed winner. Spread Bagelry reserves the right to determine the method of prize delivery or pickup.

6. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Spread Bagelry, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

By entering, participants grant Spread Bagelry permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Spread Bagelry reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Spread Bagelry reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

7. Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway may be used solely for giveaway administration, marketing, and promotional purposes and will be handled in accordance with Spread Bagelry’s privacy policy.
